Course Overview
Trainees will be prepared to deliver full-arch immediate loading solutions, from the planning, throughout surgery, until the delivery of the immediate prosthetic device. This is a high-impact experience designed to give you the confidence and skill to bring All-on-X procedures into your practice immediately. Each participant operates on one case of immediate rehabilitation of a totally edentulous maxilla or mandible and assists across multiple cases, rotating roles to maximize the surgical exposure and learning.

Course Overview
Content at this level ranges from the manipulation of connective tissue grafts to tunneling techniques, advanced coronal flaps, and surgeries to correct gummy smiles and expose roots or implants.

This level is designed for experienced implant surgeons ready to take on the most challenging cases in full-arch rehabilitation. This advanced course focuses on graftless solutions for patients with severe maxillary atrophy using long implants, trans-sinus, and other remote anchorage techniques. Each trainee participates in live surgeries — performing and assisting — with direct mentorship in real-time clinical environments. This course is ideal for doctors looking to expand their surgical toolkit and serve patients previously considered untreatable.

Course Overview 
This cadaver course focuses on graftless solutions for patients with severe maxillary atrophy using zygomatic implants, pterygoid, trans-sinus, and other remote anchorage techniques. Additionally, techniques for rebuilding bone, like guided bone regeneration with custom barriers, titanium meshes, sinus elevation, and the sausage technique, will also be shown and taught.

Course Overview 
The course focuses on advanced surgical techniques applied in implantology for three-dimensional tissue reconstruction in hard tissues (horizontal, vertical, and combined defects) and soft tissues (free gingival grafts, subepithelial connective tissue grafts, mixed grafts, and soft tissue substitutes). The team has extensive experience treating combined bone defects in partially and completely edentulous patients with longitudinal follow-up, enabling them to convey the decision-making process from diagnosis to treatment, including the management of complications.
